Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, items purchased. Payment details are processed directly by Shopify Payments / the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Contact data: name and email when you write to us or subscribe to our discount popup.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser information and browsing behaviour on our store, collected via cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

To fulfil and ship your order and provide support (contract).
To send you your discount code and, if you opted in, marketing emails (consent — you can unsubscribe anytime).
To measure and improve our store and advertising (legitimate interest / consent where required).
To comply with tax and legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Shopify (store platform and hosting), shipping carriers, payment processors, and advertising/analytics partners (e.g. TikTok) strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Order data is kept as long as required by tax and consumer law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
